Timo Pankau is a Berlin-based artist creating honest acoustic pop-folk music, sung and produced from the heart. With 2 new upcoming singles, he turned to M Media for some marketing help.
Over the course of the first two days of onboarding, 50 emails were sent back and forth; culminating in the correct setup of Facebook Business and Ad accounts, Google Search Console and Analytics accounts, Facebook analytics systems including Facebook pixels, and Spotify analytics.
In order to fully connect the new ad and analytics ecosystem to the existing website, M Media updated the website plugins and WordPress version, as well as installed new plugins such as Google SiteKit and the M Media plugin. These changes not only allowed all analytics systems to work seamlessly, but also provided crucial security updates.
On Facebook for Business, M Media created multiple lookalike audiences as well as a custom audience based on pre-existing data from people that have already engaged with either the page or the website. This audience was then used in newly created campaign promoting the new single, due to be released on the 14th of August. The campaign encourages people to pre-save the upcoming single so that it is added to playlists as soon as it is released.
