The new platform comes with a built in Support Manual to help JustBookr Support team members quickly find resolution strategies to common situations they may run into. It also provides deeper information on how JustBookr works so Support team members can have an in-depth understanding of the platform.

Support team members also get access to multiple statistics for their university, including quick overviews of signups, posts, purchases, and reports. Also included are statistics showing popular posting and purchasing times.
